Plain air painting is fun!

I never did painting outside. Several reasons – how is going to be with kids, weather changing, not in the mood and so on…Lot of excuses. Finally, with the start of Cherry Blossoms Festival and Federation of Canadian artists I sighn myself up for the 3 hour lesson with Janice Robertson. I had a wonderful experience with great artist and 11 0ther fellow artists. we were lucky with sunny weather. My painting came out easy.

For the Haiku inspirational show was selected my lady “Lost in time”. The flying girl “if I only could stop the wind” went to the “Celebration of spring” show in deer lake gallery.

I like both of them. They are bright and happy. I am definitely moving to my new vibrant colors which I like more then my previous ones.

i just applied today later afternoon all my suggestions to myself about how to come back to painting. I even visited Roxsane on her opening in the commercial Vancouver gallery. Now I have some work done – -need an opinion: am I close to finish this?maybe I am done?
